Loue Froid’s portable ice rinks are the perfect attraction for all your events. We supply everything necessary to set up and operate your ice rinks in any location. Our rink system is easy to install and can be set up in as little as 48 hours. Once installed the rinks can operate at temperatures between -40 °C and -4 °C.
Skate ways can be custom designed to fit any terrain or design imaginable. These systems are used to make slides and skating paths often installed in parks where custom design is a must.
Our mat system is ideal for any kind of slide.

An ice rink requires a generally level surface area that you can access with large vehicles. If the terrain has a steep grade framing and scaffolding must be used to obtain a level grade. If local power is to be used a standard hockey rink requires 400 Amps, 600 volts. Access to water is a must and generally we recommend someone on hand for site supervision.
